With just 4 weeks to design and develop the modules, Profile Learning pulled out all the stops to deliver two highly interactive one-hour e-learning courses on Technical Problem Solving and Problem Solving Tools for one of our global manufacturing clients. The courses are aimed at technical managers and problem solving teams to allow them to conduct root cause analysis of on-site issues rapidly and effectively – ensuring the highest levels of customer service are achieved.

Problem Solving Training

Covering tools such as data analysis, correlation and cause and effect mapping, the courses form a pre-requisite part of a series of practical workshops using realistic data allowing the teams to put the principles learned into practice. The pilot workshop ran successfully in Shanghai at the end of March 2014.
